Open Letter to Lenders/Servicers 

At American City Equities, Inc., we provide assistance for homeowners who are either delinquent with their mortgage or facing an imminent foreclosure. The people we represent choose to work with us due to language barriers, time constraints, limited knowledge in finance, etc. Most importantly, we pride ourselves on upholding the highest standards of business ethics.

Due to the recent negative publicity and attacks on companies that provide foreclosure assistance and loan modification services, we would like you to know the following about our firm:

We pre-qualify and screen each homeowner by completing a detailed personal financial worksheet before we recommend a possible workout or resolution with their lender.

We are a firm Incorporated in the State of California, DRE Broker license (#01526118), and have been in the real estate and mortgage business for 9 years.

Before we contact any lender, we work with each client to complete a workout agreement that includes a third party authorization form, personal financial statement, and a hardship letter. The homeowner is also aware that other documentation will be required such as tax returns, paystubs, and bank statements, among others.

By the time we contact you, in the mitigation department, we have collected all necessary documentation and have informed the homeowner of all of their options.

Finally, we make sure the homeowner is aware of the importance of saving and accumulating as much money as possible to put towards a potential work out resolution.
